| STEP 1: |
Company executives choose the professionals to be coached/mentored based on their assessment of who amongst their staff is motivated, has talent and could benefit from one on one instruction.

| STEP 2: |
Management briefs the sales coach on the strengths and weaknesses of the mentees and describes the improvements they would like to see. |

| STEP 3: |
The company presents the sales coach to the mentees as a resource for their continued development and growth. |
| |

| STEP 4: |
In the initial session with the mentee, the sales coach learns as much as he can about the history, preferences and talents of the mentee. |

| STEP 5: |
In the second session, past marketing activities of the mentee are reviewed and a new marketing program, replete with goals, is formulated. Homework is given. |

| STEP 6: |
Sessions with the coach are then held once a month. Homework is reviewed, progress is evaluated, obstacles overcome and management is informed of progress to date. |

| STEP 7: |
The sales coaching process runs for 10 sessions. Each session runs between 60-90 minutes but most are about one hour. The cost per consulting hour is $295 per hour. The success rate with mentees exceeds 80% |
