Once a year, Sales Improvement Consultants Inc. selects
one professional from among thousands of attorneys,
accountants, financial professionals and businesspersons who has experienced
dramatic
growth in his or her firm, is projected
to have future growth and is committed to the growth of others. Candidates
must also exhibit integrity and mastery of their craft and be regarded by their peers as leaders in their chosen field.
Sales Improvement

Hyland & Perretti LLP, a Morristown-based law firm with additional offices in Trenton and New York, and a recently established
affiliate in London, Riker Danzig London LLP. Andy
heads the firm ’s Corporate and Tax Departments and was recently asked to join the firm’s Executive Committee. As
the general counsel for many middle market companies, Andy counsels them on tax strategies, mergers and acquisitions, structuring
of joint ventures, partnerships and limited liability companies, and developing executive compensation plans. He has lectured on
a variety of subjects before the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the Fairleigh Dickinson Tax Institute and Inc. magazine’s
National Family Business Conference. The 2004 and 2005 Chambers USA: America’s Leading
Business Lawyers Client’s Guide singled out Mr. Stamelman for his work in the field of corporate law, ranking him among the leading corporate
lawyers in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Stamelman has a wonderful reputation for his dedication to younger attorneys and his many years of fine and
exemplary service to philanthropic and charitable causes in New Jersey and abroad.
We believe Andy Stamelman will distinguish himself in many areas of
human endeavor and will be a source of pride to all who know him.
The recipient of the 2005 SIC Rising Star Award was John Berringer of Anderson
